SOFFLFM: Super-resolution optical fluctuation Fourier light-field microscopy

Fourier light-field microscopy (FLFM) uses a microlens array (MLA) to segment the plane of microscopic objective lens generate multiple two-dimensional perspective views, thereby reconstructing three-dimensional (3D) structure sample using 3D deconvolution calculation without scanning. However, resolution FLFM is still limited by diffraction, and furthermore, it dependent on aperture division. In order improve its resolution, super-resolution optical fluctuation (SOFFLFM) was proposed here, in which imaging (SOFI) with ability introduced into FLFM. SOFFLFM higher-order cumulants statistical analysis an image sequence collected FLFM, then carries out reconstruct sample. The theoretical basis improving explained verified simulations.
